Storm White Colour

I've just got my delivery date confirmed for a new Leaf Tekna (UK) from the Nissan dealership however I asked for the Pearl White colour and the salesman says he's ordered the Storm White which he says is the same thing. Is this true? Why would there be two different names for the same thing?

There are two white's on the UK website to choose from which are Pearl White and Arctic White. I'm just worried I'll end up with the Arctic White.

This brochure for a different model shows "arctic white" and "storm white" as different colors, with Arctic being a solid color and Storm a pearl.

And looking at the UK LEAF brochure, "Pearl White" has the same color code as the other "Storm White" : QAB

Why did they change the name? Some marketing geniuses probably got 100 volunteers to put electrodes on their gonads, and then they whispered "Pearl White" to half, and "Storm White" to the other half to measure their reactions.

Thanks for the info Nubo, very helpful. Puts my mind at rest that it's definitely the Pearl White.

I just can't bring myself to fully trust what a salesman tells me!
