Power for the glove box or center console?

I travel around with a device that I'd like to keep powered. It doesn't need much, and it can live in either the glove box or the center console. How hard is it to get power to those locations?

Well I am not sure about the 2011 but on the 2013's it very easy to get access to the 12volt plug under the center dash area, then you could run wires to the glove box area or what ever. but if you do tap off that it will only be on when the car is.

if you need it on all the time why not tap off an always hot fuse in the dash drivers side fuse panel ?

Basically the center console trim just pulls off.

but i want a 12v outlet in the trunk/hatchback area..
