Possible Leasing Advice December 28th in Georgia

Looking to possibly lease a Leaf. I am in Atlanta and trying to get some guidance/advice from folks. I currently have a lease offer on the table for a SL model as follows:

39 Month
1st Month Down
12,000 per Year
289 plus Tax
********************************************
24 Month Lease
1st Month Down
12,000 Miles per Year
305 plus Tax

That is based off of a 30000 purchase price for a SL.

What do folks think?

Seems too high unless things have changed since last week. I had several dealers offering me SL's @ prices much lower than the ones you've been quoted. I ended up getting an SV just to save a few bucks. The problem may be that the inventory levels are really low right now and they are not that interested in dealing.

I think that is too much. Here is what I got:

2012 SL
24-month lease
15K miles per year
$0 down
$278.00 per month out the door (included all taxes, dealer fees, etc.) It was $260/month at 12K miles per year. I bought more miles.

Plus, I am entitled to a portion of the Colorado income tax credit. I should get a credit of about $2000.00.

Net effect: Total cost is less than what I had been paying in gas only on my 2002 Audi A6.

I don't think my dealer has any Leafs left (this one was on the lot), and I don't see any local specials.
