I'm getting nothing but errors trying to connect to the owner's portal. It looks like Nissan is updating the site - there is a reference to an "exclusive" new portal at https://owners.nissanusa.com/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; - It doesn't matter if I try to connect to the old portal or new one, I get errors either way.
A call to customer support confirms they are aware of, and working on, the problem.
