OVMS support efforts for the LEAF

Please discuss in this thread, any progress or efforts to support the LEAF
by the Open Vehicle Management System (OVMS).

At the present time, what is the status of the LEAF-related efforts,
and who are the folks working on it?

This thread should probably be merged with one of the other OVMS threads. No reason we need multiple threads talking about the same thing?

True, however I searched for a thread with OVMS in the title but found none.

However, this thread could be for LEAF-specific OVMS efforts.

The other threads are about generally "advertising" OVMS,
primarily as it applies to other cars that it might actually support.

There is now a specific Leaf development entry on the OVMS forum to capture efforts from multiple forums/people, etc.
