Is the only way to to over ride the timer is via physical button?

Just got the charging stopped message (80%). I forgot to enter the over ride since we will be driving home in a few minutes

You can initiate charging with the iphone app; it overrides the timer and will begin charging immediately as long as you're plugged in.

I learned of the above workaround at http://www.mynissanleaf.com/viewtopic.php?p=336053#p336053" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;. I'd have never discovered it myself... davewill's reference to "older cars" is '11 and '12 Leafs.

How about stop it from charging? I would rather not have to go to my timer schedule and play it it.

Example driver on certain days wants 100%. For long drive. Oops they are sick and do not want the car to sit at 100%

Clicking on "Charge" on the
CarWings website will also override the timer.

There's no way to, AFAIK. :( See http://www.mynissanleaf.com/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=14824" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;.

If the EVSE you're plugged into lets you stop remotely, that's one way... I can do it via the Chargepoint app on my work's Chargepoint EVSEs.
