Oahu Leafers

I spent a sweet 7 days in Oahu and made my daily commute to the North Shore from Waikiki to see those cool Turtles (Honu). I was amaze to see so many Leafs on the road there. Not a bad place to own one due to the size of the island, you can pretty much go anywhere with one there.

That's interesting, are the gas price high in Hawaii that's why more people get LEAF?

Did you see other types of EVs too? I am also thinking that Hawaii may want to encourage and give good incentives to people to get EVs as they can preserve the environment there, which is crucial for tourism.

I would imagine the cost of power is high too due to them having to burn fossil fuels but many have solar there.
