I PMed you, but thought I should reply to the post, too. I remembered it wrong, I was on EV-TOU with a 2nd meter dedicated to the EV. The extra meter was 3.81 per month.

Super Off Peak during the summer of 2007 was .06955. In the summer of 2010, just 3 years later, it is .13873 - about double.

But that may be because the rates on their .pdf do not look like the rates on my old bill.

Right.
One of the reasons I oversized my PV system a bit was to allow for some Aptera charging. The LEAF, it appears, will need perhaps twice as much.

However, the other reason was to be a little more comfortable as we grow older and spend more time at home.
