My wireless locking has gone off.

Both remotes new batteries work fine.
12v battery reports 90% health and 12.6v
Wireless boot and passenger buttons work perfect.

Drivers door won’t work at all, however if you sit in the car and put the window down then press then button it detects your in the car and won’t lock. So the button is good.

Is it BCM medial needs replacing ?????

B2626 refers to the remote antenna inside the driver’s side door handle, which is a separate part from the button. You will most likely need to replace the outside door handle.

I’d recommend sourcing an OEM part for this, either used or new. To replace it you will need to remove the interior door panel, refer to section Door and lock (DLK.pdf) in the service manual, you can find it at https://www.nicoclub.com/nissan-service-manuals

Will a new antenna need coding by Nissan !

The new antenna should not need coding. The doors are the same from 2013 to current day (except some minor visual differences) so just use the newest service manual you can get. For getting the part you should get one specific to your car, there might be some differences.
