New Low in Used Leaf Pricing? $18.5K for SL-e with 18K mi

I tried to PM TimAZ (VIN 00231) to see if there was anything wrong with his car. He was in Phoenix so maybe the battery had capacity loss?

At any rate, his old car is for sale in Colorado for $18,500 at a dealership? This is a SL-e and has been up for sale for a while.
