New Leaf Owner in West Michigan

Hello -

After owning 2 Prius' (Priui?) we have just ordered our New Leaf. We should have it tomorrow afternoon. It is a 2013 S with the charge package. We were thinking about going up a package, but decided the S would be just fine for our needs.

I work from home most days - my wife works about 10 miles away. This will be our only car. When I do work outside the home, my commute is about 38 miles round trip. Looking forward to discovering the new Leaf.

K: Looks like you are also ignoring naysayers on cold-weather use of the Leaf. My 2012's first weekend of winter play has done fine.

38 miles total should be no problem, although if you see below zero degF for the workday, having access to an L1 would probably be useful insurance.

We will be parking in the garage mostly. I will consider the temp when having to go to work outside of the home. We don't get down that low very often, but it's good to know.
