You keep assuming each % of the battery capacity is of equal value. No, that is not the case.

First few bars are a lot more valuable than the rest. If we assume $12k for a new battery, first 3 bars are worth $8k to $9k.

In any case, we have to buy a whole battery.
I dont think replacing parts will help with a normal aged battery, so it is impossible to just buy the top bars.
However you could buy an 11 bar battery if you just wanted 2 bars above 9 and so on.
