Led park/signal light help

Can any body help me and let me know which bulb is the park/sign light (the orange on top in the picture)

I want replace it with a white led is that possible?

DOT Regs;
Red or amber in the rear, amber in the front turn signals.
White won't cut it.

I'm not a strict follower of the rules when it comes to cars, but you need to know that before you violate it.
Will not pass State inspection.

Also, since the stock bulb is a "regular old" incandescent, it will probably not blink without a load resistor.

It's the only bulb in my Leaf that isn't LED.

I replaced mine with a white/amber LED combo. It kinda sucks, so I'm not going to include a link. The parking light is white, but when the turn signal illuminates, it alternates between white and amber.

There are LEDs I've found on eBay that don't alternate -- turn signals only blink on/off amber -- which might be a better choice. In all these cases, though, you WILL need inline resistors, front or back. BTW: Front is easy; back is a pain.
