L3 Charger won't read car

I attempted to use the L3 chargers at Fred Meyer today, and each time I tried, it would not read my car.

I tried 3 different times using both of the cables. Any ideas?

I'm parked there now, charging with L2.

I'd try another fast charger before I got too excited. I bet you are using a blink charger. Both sides still use the same charger. It just switches to two cables. Try another charger in a different location all together.

Or hang around the L3 long enough to see if someone else is able to use it successfully.

In Seattle, it shouldn't be too long before another Leaf shows up and tries.

Did you turn the car off?

I noticed that neither the blinks nor the AV chargers charge when the car is turned on. You can turn on during charging though.
