Like it or not, BEVs are not going away. If this "Judge" wants to base his opinion of EVs solely upon generation one production vehicles, then so be it. But he is completely missing the boat.
hmmm.. He's missing the boat you are on, but the problem is that his view is a majority view. In fact, his view is not much of a majority view because he's somewhat pro-EV, whereas 'the majority of the majority' are generally anti-EV.
So I think it would be worth while to regard the views of 'a moderate' with due care and attention to understand what the issues to EV take up are. Whether the views are right or wrong is missing the point when it comes to persuasion and garnering favour.
