It started in Oregon, can the rest of us be far behind?

We have that now.

I realize that. But it doesn't just happen. It needs to be driven, which is what I think various organizations within the states that are getting the ball rolling are making happen. If states (like NJ) are just going to wait for stations to spontaneously appear because there is money out there, it won't happen. It takes a lot of work, but the fruits of that work are starting to appear. We can probably learn a lot from lessons learned in OR and WA.
