Dave, let me guess, Tesla Model 3. Set for summer '17! That's wht I have my eye on. I wanted to try electric, this was a good step for me!
So far, NO REGRETS!!!

not eliminating anything at this point but I am afraid the Tesla III will be beyond my price range. My ideal EV will have 40 kwh or more and be under $35,000. Pretty sure the Tesla aint gonna make it. So probably Bolt, LEAF and ???

I too was a member of PriusChat. I'm now selling my 2005 Prius. That forum was a great community that helped me through a lot of issues.
Now I'm hoping this forum will do the same for my Leaf.
