Nissan promised to provide 5,700 or more Leafs for the Ecoality study. Kick of record keeping and analysis starting July1. Will they be able to meet this commitment? What happens if they do not provide the cars promised?

If the EVProject "official start" of data collection requires both EVs AND installed, operating infrastructure, the "start" could easily get delayed several months, I suspect.
Target: 1 July 2011
Actual: before 31 Dec 2011 perhaps?

I think Ecotality may be just as behind in installing home chargers as Nissan is behind in producing the Leaf..I guess there is not a option in having the charger sent to the house and then doing a self install :)
