HomeLink transceiver stopped working

I have 5000 miles on my 2011 Leaf. Recently I noticed that the HomeLink Transceiver which I had programmed to open my garage door no longer functions. When I follow the manual's directions and hold both left buttons in for 20 sec, the green light stays constant and does not blink. The manual says to go to HomeLink's web site if there are problems, but they ask for the car model and do not even have the Leaf in their list. Does this require ordering a new backview mirror with the transceiver or can I repair it myself.?

Visiting your dealer would be my first rcommendation. Seems like a warranty item, no?
