Yesterday I plugged into a Puclic charge point, the temp was about 20 deg C or 68 F and about 88% humidity and after about 2 hrs 20 mins I came back and felt the hood a bit warm and when I lifted the hood the top of the charger/power delivery module and it was quiet hot and I could hear the coolant pump in operation.

Is this heat normal charging at 32 amps AC ? seems like that kind of heats means inefficiency ? I know it can't be 100% efficient.

Pity they couldn't use that heat for the cabin in winter, though if it's cold it may not get as warm but I found it strange because even after a long hard drive when I lift the hood it's pretty cool but I guess that's because there's much more airflow through the radiator and components.
