I found a couple I like. The Roadpro 180W mini-heater and the Amazon Basics heated cushion. Disclaimers and warnings and full writeup per usual:

And yes, they do draw over 180W but only just: 212.4 and the fuse is good for 240W so it's still a decent amount of overheard, just over 10%. And in the Leaf there's a lot of space around the socket behind the panel so the heat isn't near anything and there's a big chunk of ceramic in the socket itself for heat dissipation.
