Has anyone had their CA CVRP $5K rebate rejected?

Just curious if anyone had there CA CVRP rebate rejected for any reason ? incorrect paperwork ? late paperwork ? early submission? Did they let you resubmit ?

One applicant did not send in papers on time, and CCSE sent a couple of email reminders to "get it in" before the Reserved $$ was put back in the "pot".

However, I suspect that you should not count on having extra time to get your paperwork in to CCSE.
