I'm in Greenville, SC, so nearly halfway between the two.

I have a 2012 SV at 33k and change. Lost bar ten about a month ago. I'm showing 192-194 GIDs on full charge (around 69%).

Just had my second battery test done in just under a year, and was told all is great. First test I had at Crown Nissan here in Greenville and this test was done at Greer Nissan (better service reputation). The service manager in Greer is under the impression (and insists) Nissan doesn't replace batteries at a specific capacity, but only if there is a defect. I'm still not quite at the warranty claim stage since I still have 9 bars, but I need a dealership where I'm not going to need to go through the tedium of having to walk through the entire process step by step with them once that time comes. My time is getting close, but my mileage is under the warranty by a long shot. So, any suggestions for where I should start going when the time comes?
Thanks!
