hello everyone, I'm going to buy a 2nd generation nissan leaf, one car that I like has these problems after reading errors in the history, is it a serious problem or is it "normal"?

Check the voltage of the 12V battery, charge it if necessary or replace it if worn out. An old, weak or worn out battery can cause a multitude of faults such as you show.
Once that is verified to be good and strong repeat your scan.
None of the faults are serious except for the charger fault, if it's real, could be a $how $topper. But a weak 12V can cause the charger to not work also.

Once you have the 12v charged, clear the codes and recheck them. If they don't go away when you clear them, I'd probably consider steering clear.

Also verify that it can charge--both slow and fast charge.
