In fact regarding undertemperature, we can see in a previous graph that the charging current raises as the pack's temperature increases, and reaches full current at about the 5 mins mark, where pack temperature is about 15°C / 60°F at this point. Then, about 1 min later the power decreases exponentially, which is truly what I'm trying to wrap my head around.
