CHange Cluster and head up display from Miles to KM ?

Select Units (US or Metric)

But it only changes the sat nav, not cluster and heads up display, any idea guys?

Press the button to the left of the turn signal lever that has a square symbol on it repeatedly until you get to settings, then scroll down until you get to units. You can set metric there for the instrument cluster.
