CARWINGS not working

Well ... this morning it's back ... 03:25am "Charging Complete". My multiple attempts at "flushing the pipe" with update attempts might have cleared out some cobwebs ? No other changes or timer programming attempts were made (yet). Need to re-program for June 1 (start of summer rates/TOU periods) anyway, so I'll wait until Friday.
 
Anybody know how long that actually takes? What else does the upgrade fix/change? (Remove the "permission to contact Nissan" prompt perhaps?)
Don't know the number of hours, but neither of the two times I've taken my car in would I have wanted to wait for it. They go real slow if for no other reason than not being real familiar with the car. It was a morning drop off, evening pickup kind of thing. Just schedule in advance enough to get a loaner.

The data consent prompt is still there even after the recent spring recall FW update too.
