Camera and nissan ev stopped working

Hi, I need help please. I was not getting Nissan connect ev mobile signal on my car so I was trying to find solution as Nissan customer service team unable to fix. I tried delete factory configuration data stored in system from system diagnose menu and afterwards I am unable to see Nissan connect ev app anymore and also parking camera shows just black screen. Please help me I am bit worried as I recently brought this car and everything was working fine before trying this option.

Unplug camera at rear hatch and plug again, it fix mine.
