Yeah one would think, but they're a car dealer. They don't give a **** about anyone or anything but their bottom line. The only way I'd ever get anything beyond the bare minimum out of them is if I sued them, and I just don't feel like wasting the time at this point.

WRT attorney's fees, this was handled by a family friend as a favor, so I got lucky there.
