What do you think the chances are that the i-3 will come out in any number by the end of 2013?
What do you think the chances are that it will be priced at the commonly mentioned $35k?
Given the opening of the Nissan plant in Tennessee, do you think the price on the LEAF will have come down in price by then?

It looks to me like BMW is serious about the BMW i sub-brand, but I'm not sure on the price, production date, or how long it will take before they start to sell them outside of California.
