It's true that this guy includes many, many details about the Leaf. Many of them are accurate, but it is plain that he is not that familiar with the car. He mis-represents the SOC gauge as showing which of the "12 cells" are dead and need to be replaced, and notes that if you are "qualified", you can get a "400-volt L2 station" installed at home. He does a good job going over the car's looks and styling, and he's a great amateur narrator and pretty good camera guy, who apparently does a lot of car reviews on YouTube.

To me, this points out that, while Nissan tried pretty hard to make the Leaf "normal" to drive, there are enough differences in the dashboard/indicators, and in electric charging/propulsion, that the chances for mis-information are huge if you listen to well-intentioned, but semi-informed narrators. I'm afraid the average (big bell curve here - there will be many exceptions) dealership salesperson is not much better informed than this guy.
