Does the backup camera come standard on a 2013 SV or do I have to go SL to get that feature.

The rear view camera doesn't come standard on any 2013 Leaf. For the 2013 Leaf S, you need to add the "Charge Package". For the 2013 Leaf SV/SL models, you need to add the "Premium Package". If you don't purchase these packages, you don't get a rear-view camera on a 2013 Leaf.

swaltner is right, but one more clarification: The premium package gives you an "Around view monitor" with cameras front, back, and sides, displayed on a 7.3" screen. The charge package on the S model provides just one backup camera displayed on a 4" screen, giving less than 1/3 the resolution.

You can also easily add the OE camera on an "S" for about $200.

Do you think you could add a Go-pro camera to your car and hook it into you nav system ? either in the back for better back views or front views ?
