Well,
I finally took a leap of faith today and signed the contract.
From 1kw = $4000, I was able to bring down the price to 1kw = $3,790
other 4 local vendors in RI, gave me 1kw = $4300. And two installers from MA quoted me a ridiculous 1kw = $5,000-$,6000
roof is 30 degree angle and 174 degree azimuth
88%
anyways, here's my soon-to-be system!

30 years warranty for both modules/microinverters
10 year labor warranty
$27,300 installed.
$27,300
- $6,825 (25% Rhode Island Grant)
_______
$20,475
- $6,142.50 (30% Fed tax credit)
__________
$14,332.50 final cost
basically $1.99 per watt!
This will be perfect for my Nissan Leaf and my household electricity!
The project will be submited to Rhode Island Energy Department, and once my installer gets the 25% grant, the project will start. My installer stated that he'll find out around march/april....then the project starts.
I'm hoping sooner!
I'll post photos during the installation...and of course after completion.
