...and I had expected to pay at least something for it. Even more interesting, my service manager (same guy since I bought my Leaf) mentioned he had one of those "lizard" battery packs ready for me when I hit my warranty limit (currently down 2 bars)! That really got me fired up (in a good way), and made me glad I purchased/serviced from the same dealer (McKinney Nissan in North Texas).

Nice! Gotta love it when a dealer looks out for you. Did he actually say "lizard" pack?

I think he actually said "hot pack" (I'm in TX); I replied with "lizard" and we knew we were talking about the same thing :eek:
