2011 LEAF Mirror Tag w/Charging/Jump Starting Instructions

I was at a Nissan dealer and saw a 2011 SV for sale. I checked the glove box, and in addition to the owners manuals I found a rectangular hang tag, that gave information on how to charge the LEAF and also jump start if needed. It had a green background with pictures of the charging ports and 12v battery.

Does anyone by chance have a copy of this? It may have been hanging from your rear view mirror when new. I sure would like to get a scanned .pdf of this item.

If you know what I am looking for or if you have any thoughts, I sure would appreciate it. Thanks

I think it was actually placed around the shift knob.

The second scan includes (what's left of) the paper area that constituted the "hanger".
The pdf has two extra nonsense pages as a result of the scanner trying to figure out what that hanger was.

Are you looking for archival items or just want to see what it says? I see you've got a pretty early LEAF. By the way, there was some other note sticking out of the glove box. They may have been talking about airbags or something. Are you interested in that, too?
