2 Year Lease cost New England Area

I contacted a local Nissan dealer( Portsmouth, NH) and they quoted me $359 a month with no money down with 12k miles. Is this a good for the New England area?
Does anyone know of any better lease terms in the Southern New England area?

I was offered $260 for 24 months, 15K miles, with only $1450 due at signing from Nissan Woburn. Money due was tax, title, first payment. This was when they had 6 on the lot. While supply has shrunk in the area, I think you can do better.

Show your dealer this ad/listing from Fontana Nissan in California...$211 per month...

If that doesn't budge them a little, then look into shipping a car from Fontana (I've heard it isn't that much to ship, but don't have an exact price)
