Thanks! I purchased a 16A L2 Charger that I use for summer charging & full charge cell balancing because my understanding is slowing down the charge rate allows the BMS more time to balance the pack up to a point.
Just checking in to 'happily' report that my SOH losses have massively stalled as my car has crossed 5 years back in Sept and is about to cross 80K miles on the clock!

I just logged in today because my LH DRL failed about a year ago & now the RH failed about a month ago & I'm not happy that it's all integrated into the headlight assy. I guess I won't be fixing them after all....
Hey Doug, I missed the notification on your question so sorry about the delayed reply.
Typically try to keep the car between 30-70% although in colder weather I am charging closer to to 80-85% for extra cushion & being down 11% capacity although that limits full regen until I get down to...
61K miles and & other than losing 11.5% capacity I'm fairly impressed with the battery capacity degradation so far! My biggest disappointment is how much regen capacity I have lost. When the car was new I had all blue regen bars around 90-92% IIRC and now that doesn't happen until I am down to...
Here's my 4 year battery health status. This was fully charged and no longer charging so it's notable that LSPro indicates 97.5% SOC. Also I do a lot of 30min-2hr charge sessions when I am home between jobs during the day so that is why I have so many charge sessions.
The cell difference will be much tighter(smaller) when the car has been fully charged because the last 1-2 hours of charging is at a noticeably lower rate & the car is balancing the cells to make them closer. However you don't want to fully charge the car very often & preferably on right before...
50k miles & 3.5 years of ownership & I have extensively tried all the mode combinations for months at a time & 99% of the time I use B mode & Eco off and I avg 4.4 year round. I also wish B mode had a persistence setting like e-pedal but oh well.
Another byproduct of a legacy automaker...
That seems pretty decent but one more thing to consider is to keep the pack at a low enough SOC% to allow you gain max regen if you are starting your trips at a higher elevation because in my experience I achieve higher numbers when driving on hills that just flat ground IF it is a round trip...
For me it's always an unintentional key fob press while I am out of the car. I use my leaf for work & so I make up to 15-20 stops in a day so there's TONS of opportunities for this to occur until I moved the fob to a different pocket to avoid this issue.
I am surprised there is not a dash icon...
I have also had this happen multiple times over the past 3.5 years of ownership & ultimately discovered the button on the key fob was inadvertently getting pressed from leaning against something or w/e. I changed which pocket I use because I wear cargo type shorts/pants and the problem no longer...
In the milder seasons I get 4.5-4.8 & in the summer (100+) closer to 4.0-4.4 & the winters(25-50F) 3.7-4.2. I have aftermarket lighter weight tires & a Gen2 40kwh car with a heat pump.
I'm about 40% hwy at 65mph avg & the rest is careful in town driving.
I use my heat&a/c as needed and in the...
