Asked my local Nissan guys to fix this when I had my Leaf in for the PDM recall /reprogram. They adjusted the nozzles in a couple of minutes, now perfect on both sides!

I know this has been reported here before, but has anyone actually had a fix for it? The steering wheel gets so hot you can barely touch it. Then it shuts off and seems to stay off until the car is restarted. You think this would be an easy fix for Nissan...

Same issue since installing 7.0 Very irritating!

About half of my commute is 55 mph freeway, half in town. Drive in Eco (but not much in B-mode, don't like it) and do what could be described as moderate hypermiling. 44 psi in the tires. Seems to work for me :-)

Just pay the $ 300 for the EVSE Upgrade! I thought I would use this as a short term solution. But - charges at 20 Amps from my dryer outlet, works like a charm!

And even bigger grin! Just got my upgraded EVSE - a one day turnaround! Plugged in to the dryer outlet, car charged from 6 % to 100 % I'm 4.45 hrs! What's not to love!
