Notification Every time - 2015 Leaf SL

Everyday I go to work and when I head down the off ramp from the freeway I get a notification tone. No light, No message. Just a tone. and I can't figure out what the hell it is or how to turn it off. I did some searching on this but I can find it or a setting. This has been going on for 2 years, since I purchased the 2015 Leaf SL in 2021.

Any help or insight would be great.

Can you post a sound file or video of the tone? Do you think it's coming from the nav system?

Is it only in that one spot or few specific spots vs. just randomly?

This also assumes you've canceled any route guidance already.
