Hi,
I have a 2010 Nissan Leaf that was imported by the previous owner from Japan. The sat nav and charge display is all in Japanese as are the buttons by the side and the car is right hand drive. My 12V accessory port doesn't seem to be working. I've checked it with the car in PARK and the handbrake on and my meter still reads 0V. I tried to locate the internal fuse box to no avail. When I remove the panel between the driver's door and the dash there is no fuse box, nor a hole for one. On the other side of the car, the same panel on the passenger side has a sticker that says 'AIRBAG' with a picture of a child's car seat with a red line through it (see pics). The plastic cover here as an indented tab that looks like it is there for the panel to be removed. I'm always suspicious working around airbags in case the blinking thing goes off and costs a King's ransom to fix. Does it look likely that this version of Leaf is similar to a LHD one and that the fuse box is located under the panel?
Thanks for any help you can give.

I've tried the port with the car on. I'm convinced the fuse has probably blown but can't find the fuse box.
Thanks for mending my post and the link to the pics.
