I saw this on many news sites but they all lacked good detail. After reading the legal documents that were part of the lawsuit, it really looked like a case of someone or the dealership resetting the BMS and then after the used Tesla was purchased, it re-learns the battery capacity after an update and it drops a lot like what would happen to an Leaf if you did the same thing via BMS reset.

I'm curious to what other people think about this recent news?
