Nope still can buy an brand new “Antique “ 40kwhr Leaf with Chademo

Its a relic but if you live in Colorado it’s a very cheap one brand new.

Not having Nacs or CCS sucks

Rate of new Chademos has been slowing, but new stations still going in. If you put low weight 16" rims on a Plus, it can do very nice range and even some road tripping.

Actually the LEAF is built in Tennessee. The issue is where the battery is assembled and where the components for the battery are sourced. My understanding is that the '24 LEAF is now certified for 1/2 the new EV rebate - $3750.

I read the 2025 will not be built in the US. That's not in the article I linked above so I cannot say where it was now.

Notice the press release mentions "The 2024 LEAF was purchased and placed into service by December 31, 2023."

We're past that. https://www.fueleconomy.gov/feg/tax2023.shtml does list '24 Leaf if you took delivery by that date but does NOT currently list it for 2024 delivery.

Requirements became more strict with calendar year 2024. Search https://afdc.energy.gov/laws/409 for %. It's possible the '24 Leaf could get added back if Nissan were able to certify it meets CY 2024 requirements.
