evse that charges to a desired %, other than Ohme?

Ohme makes an EVSE that uses Nissan's cloud API to access a Leaf's state of charge, so that the EVSE can automatically stop charging when the Leaf reaches a desired level:

I'm not sure how widely available the Ohme chargers are, however. They're in the UK, I'm in the US, and I haven't seen any sign that Ohme's EVSEs are available in the US.

Are there any other EVSEs, available in the US, that can be set to intelligently charge a Leaf to a requested % level?
 
I've never heard of Ohme until now.

I hear EnelX Juicebox lets you via their app. You need to set your vehicle type and battery capacity. You'd need to enter your current SoC % so that it can properly guesstimate as to when to stop to reach the desired % SoC.
