Instrument cluster backlight not working

I have a 2013 leaf that has one instrument backlight that isn't working. It is the light behind the fuel gauge. The fuel gauge is still readable, but is much darker than the rest of the cluster

Before I tear into the instrument cluster, has anyone replaced one of the backlights? Does anyone know of a step by step guide on YouTube?

TIA for any help on this
