I may have achieved a record: 110 months on the original 2013 Nissan Leaf 12V Battery! I'm replacing it now.

Are there are specifications for the battery strap torque or the battery terminal nut torque?

Thank you.

I usually just snug the tiedown bolts enough to keep the battery from moving and tighten the terminals just enough to be secure, but looked in the service manual for my 2015 and found these values:
Hold down bolts: 3.92 N-m or 35 lb-in
Terminal clamps: 5.39 N-m or 4 lb-ft or 48 lb-in
Negative cable to temperature sensor, Positive cable to fusible link assembly, and fusible link to positive terminal: 10.3 N-m or 7.6 lb-ft or 91 lb-in.

And don't forget those values are lb-in, not lb-ft. I've seen folks make that mistake and with the battery terminals especially, it can cause problems.
