First time poster/long time lurker here enjoying our recently imported Nismo ZE1.

I'm wondering what the following switch and buttons do. I've checked the manual but they seem to be aftermarket add-ons, and don't appear to do anything when pressed.

I thought one might be linked to the Japanese toll card reader which is still installed, but nope. The car also came with an OEM dash cam neatly installed (DJ4-D) so I thought maybe something related to that, but apparently not.

Yes, the first looks like brighten/dim dash lighting on many cars I've seen. That second inconspicuous button might be for the Double Naught Spy ejector seat. :)

The switch with the icon raises and lowers the instrument panel brightness, IIRC. The plain button was added, I think.

I think you guys are talking about the other buttons visible in that photo, but not the switch circled in red...? https://imgur.com/tpyCDvT

It's definitely something unique to the Nismo. If you look at the custom feature list in this article, it must relate to one of those features:

Maybe for the rear fog lights?

Yes, sorry about that. I was so enthused over the Double Naught Spy ejector seat I looked at the wrong switch. Unless it's another Double Naught deception device it is an on/off switch for something. Depending on which Double Naught installed it there's a possibility zero is on and one is off, just to throw others off from what the Double Naught is up to. Good luck figuring it out.

Thanks for that. I thought about the fog lights too, but evidently not. The search continues...
