Your car to fully charge needs 48A. The EVSE tells the car how much current is available vis the pilot. In your case the EVSE tells the car 32A is available and the car sets itself to 32A.

This is all per the North American Standard. I do not know anything about Europe.
 
The pilot specifies the current by altering the duty cycle of the 1KHZ square At 30A it is perfectly symmetrical. Other currents differ NICK Sayer has an analyzer that he sells as a semi--finished price. ALL OF THE smd parts are mounted but the discrete parts need to be mounted.. I find that common in kiss. I fail big time in mounting smd parts.
