I've been trying for days now to contact them about some major issues with my system and no one is responding. The auto phone attendant just keeps saying that all advisors are currently busy and to leave a message, I've left 3 now. I've also tried emailing them multiple times with no success.

I read that they were recently acquired by some Chinese investors, I wonder if they are even still in business. Their Facebook page has also been removed, usually not a good sign either. My lease is ending soon and I need this equipment removed from my Leaf. I'm seriously about to just drive to their headquarters and demand service at this point.

Not sure that happened. See below.

Acquisition of Evatran by China-based company 'off the table' due to regulatory environment

Evatran Group hopes 'to have something new to report' soon about future at the maker of wireless charging stations

Sounds like the company barely exists at this point, if at all.

Other than the few folks chiming in here, I've never heard of anyone who physically had such systems installed. I'd seen them at CES (e.g. at the Bosch booth years ago) but that's about it.

https://www.crunchbase.com/organization/evatran-group claims they're closed but who knows how accurate that is and how they determined the company is closed?

Out of curiosity, any news on this front?

I still have yet to meet anyone who has one. People posting about having one of these is exceedingly rare.

If anyone can help me I would be greatly thankful. I need a plugless owners manual. We’re can I find one? Also I just finally set up my plugless system (after being in my garage unused for two years. It powers up but doesn’t seem to charge or even recognize the car. Any suggestions?

Someone made an edit in July 2019 to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Plugless_Power stating "As of the middle of 2018, Plugless is no longer in business and closed the plant" w/no citation given. From https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Plugless_Power&action=history, it was someone w/the user name BoldLuis.

I found https://www.pluglesspower.com/faqs/ with this:
15. How can I repair my Plugless Power Wireless Charging Station?
We are certainly disappointed to hear that you are experiencing challenges with your wireless charging system. With that said, it is important that some historical context is provided.

The original Plugless Power Stations were made by a company called Evatran. Evatran closed its doors in 2018. In January of 2021 our team acquired the intellectual property of Evatran and formed a new Texas-based company call Plugless Power, Inc.

Plugless Power, Inc. is feverishly working to reorganize a full team and to coordinate a more formalized response to support prior
customers of Evatran, like yourself. Despite the fact that this was a different company and team, we have a vested interest in the
continued success and use of the original products that were brought to market. The fact is that the future success of our product line is highly dependent on the legacy that is attached to it, even if just by name-sake.
Given some outdated info there, I don't get really warm and fuzzy feelings about them.
5. Can your Plugless Power system support my car and when will systems be available?
Though the Plugless Power wireless charging system can charge your vehicle, we are currently withholding the release of a new product offering until we complete the engineering and design of our third-generation package. This package will take advantage of the years of experience collected from our first and second generation systems that were introduced to the market up to 2018. Our objective is to release the third-generation system in 2022 to accommodate a variety of existing EV’s. Despite the disappointment that the wait may be, we are confident that it will be worth it upon release of third generation system. With that said, we are targeting the re-release of our second generation product in late 2021. We are being cautious about officially communicating market availability and pricing at this time. We will have more information to share in the fall about our pending third-generation system. In the meantime, I can only ask that you consider keeping in touch through our website and/or our Linked-In™ page. We will be posting updates and press releases on a frequent basis.
...
14. What is the average package price for a Plugless Power Wireless Charging Station?
As for a typical charging package, you can estimate a price point that will range between $3,000 USD and $4,000 USD. This would cover most applications as a Level 2 Charging Unit. We will be introducing a third-generation package to the market in 2022 and are targeting a price point of $3,500 USD.
I got hit by a paywall for the news stories but these copies are viewable.
