Apparently EV ARC (https://beamforall.com/product/ev-arc-2020/) has come up a bunch. I never paid close attention.
I learned of one such location at https://www.plugshare.com/location/306233 in Santa Clara, CA via a Plugshare check-in. I'll have to swing by sometime.
It's mentioned at https://www.siliconvalleypower.com/sustainability/electric-vehicles/charging-stations-rates-and-incentives/solar-powered-electric-vehicle-charging-stations.
I had seen some chatter about Electrify America deploying solar charging and per https://media.electrifyamerica.com/en-us/releases/128, it's also apparently EV ARC.

RESTON, VA (February 4, 2020) – Electrify America, the nation’s largest public ultra-fast charging network, has officially added 30 solar-powered electric vehicle (EV) charging stations with two Level 2 chargers each to its network in the state of California. The off-grid, standalone chargers are strategically located throughout the Central Valley and inland areas of Southern California, intended to provide greater access to sustainable EV charging for drivers in rural parts of the state.
