Hello all.
My '17 will not charge Level 1.
New development.
No damage.
Recent onset.
EVSE indicates "READY".
Three dash lights flash.
Resetting charge timer does not cure problem.
Neither does timer override initiate charging session.
I've dealt with LEAFs since early 2011.
Thoughts?
Thank you in advance for assistance.

Does L2 work?

Try a different L1 cable. Or get a scope on the pilot signal and measure the pulse width and frequency.

Sounds like the EVSE is advertising current less than 6 Amps, or the car is seeing less than 6 Amps. A hardware failure. If you are lucky, in the EVSE. Easiest way to find out is a different EVSE cable.
